Possible: Does not sound like cardiac pain. Not unusual for gerd symptoms to act like this. An easy test is to simply take an over the counter medication for gerd like prilosec. If symptoms improve that may be it. I would still recommend you also see a physician to further evaluate your symptoms to make sure a more serious problem is not causing your problems. ...Read more
