Breastfeeding?: It sounds as if you are breastfeeding? If so a clogged duct can present as a tender red area of the breast. The itchiness also concerns me for a yeast infection, especially if the nipple is involved. Blocked ,milk duct ~: Hello ~ FOREVER ! Would be too long. The breast has got MANY ducts that all join in the main duct and then to nipple for d/c milk to baby. If you are breast feeding and for some reason you miss a feed.. YOU MUST MANUALLY EXPRESS because that stops mastitis and clogged ducts.
