Caffeine withdrawal: It sounds as if you're withdrawing from caffeine, which is in both excedrin and coffee. The headaches can last 48 hours, and the other symptoms (body aches, nausea, sometimes dysphoria, mental fogginess, etc) can last 2-3 days to a week depending on how much caffeine you're accustomed to taking/day. Doubtful from meds: Your history of anxiety may be provoking your ongoing feelings of "brain fog" more than the residual effects of the antibiotic. If you are an athlete with a baseline heart rate in the 40-50s (or not but in the 60-70s) and now you are pumping at a rate in the 90s or more, with a left-sided dull ache and painful breathing, then, yes. Had influenza. Bad muscle aches. Drank tons of h20. UA showed moderate blood in urine, neg for RBC. Urine was yellow/clear. Specific gravity >1.030??

Few issues here: Well first of all you need to drink more water you are indeed dehydrated. Now not sure if you had vomiting or diahrea but you did not state so. The other issue is the blood you need to hydrate. And then give another yrine specimen to see if the blood is gone. Very important for you to do this. Mgt: Your illness may still be caused by influenza. Other possible causes include Strep throat. I would suggest having a Strep screening test.
