Further workup: Not sure what else you have been evaluated for but panels such as EBV and Lyme may be helpful. The symptoms may be consistent with fibromyalgia and there are treatment options available for which I recommend seeing your PCP or neurologist. Yoga, stretching, walking, acupuncture, nutritionally dense diet may also be helpful as would correcting any vitamin deficiencies you may have. ...Read more

Caffeine withdrawal: It sounds as if you're withdrawing from caffeine, which is in both excedrin and coffee. The headaches can last 48 hours, and the other symptoms (body aches, nausea, sometimes dysphoria, mental fogginess, etc) can last 2-3 days to a week depending on how much caffeine you're accustomed to taking/day. Doubtful from meds: Your history of anxiety may be provoking your ongoing feelings of "brain fog" more than the residual effects of the antibiotic. If that had anything to do with things in the first place it should've easily cleared by now. See your doctor for more evaluation if necessary. ...Read more
