Constipation: If you are in that much discomfort, I would advise trying one of the various over the counter laxatives that are available such as sennosides, bisacodyl, and/or Miralax (polyethylene glycol) powder (2 cupfuls twice a day in any drink) which often works fairly quickly. A bottle of magnesium citrate if none of that helps. I hope you are also keeping yourself hydrated with water as well as that may also help. ...Read more

Hi , I am 35 y.o men . For the 4 last day I've had constipation and my urine is much darker color . I feel weaker , and has problem with gas bloating.

Hydration: Proper hydration is critical, providing no other medical issues. Urine color may be used with the goal as being clear to light yellow. That will definitely help with the constipation also.
