IF you were: Severely constipated and passing hard stool the bleeding could be due to hemorrhoid inflammation. However, i would be just as concerned about why you got so severely backed up. You need to get thoroughly evacuated and probably should have a colonoscopy if you haven't had one recently. ...Read more

Seen urologist?: Multiple urinary tract infections deserve evaluation for anatomical conditions that predispose, reflux, abnormalities of the kidneys, ureters, presence of stones. Some of these can be checked for with physical exam, urine tests, sono, ct, or even cystoscopy. Van be increased with sexual activity, position, diaphragm. Urine culture..: Sometimes an initial urinalysis does not necessarily shows as positive but your clinical signs and symptoms might had strongly suggest a UTI in order for your doctor to treat you.In order to definitely know if this is related to kidney infection a culture needs to be done and might take 2-3 days to have a final result. Call your doctor and ask if this was done.The test can also tell if atbx is ok. ...Read more

UTI: Utis really should not cause anything but bladder symptoms. If you are feeling worse after correct antibiotic course, see your pmd. This could mean your infection has ascended ( if you have stones), or bladder infection not sensitive to the antibiotic . Sometimes a peri-nephron abcess can form, but this is unlikely. See your pmd for exam and further testing if you still feel badly. ...Read more
