Important info: B"sd The TPAb is specific for thyroid peroxidase enzyme. Its occurence is highly related to genetic susceptibilty to Hashimoto's thyroiditis. The most common condition associated with hypothyroidism, occasionaly hyperthyroidism. There is also an increased incidence of thyroid nodules, so in my practise in addition to thyroid function tests, a thyroid US would be done. Glad to discuss further. ...Read more

Hemoglobin: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, the results you provided do not show any serious anomaly. You did not state your hemoglobin, if it is above 12 then your lab test results are okay.
