Docs,I have sprained my left hand last three fingers, pain is improving with rest, not much swelling.should I buddy tape them?when does it heal fully?
It depends partly on the type of injury and how severe it is. A mild sprain takes about 1 to 2 weeks to heal. Fractures can take weeks to months to heal.
It also depends on the person. Healthy children usually heal very quickly. Older adults or adults with other medical problems can take much longer to heal.
Consult a physician.

Maybe a cyst: painfull swelling on the back of the hand is often a ganglion cyst or cyst from the lining of a tendon. Go see a hand specialist to confirm and treat
I have a fracture in ring finger, wearibg solint for two days. no bruising, just swelling, how long will it take to heal?
Finger fracture: It depends on location of the fracture. Some need 3 weeks some need 12. You really need an Orthopaedic surgeon to advise you after looking at X-rays.
What to do if i sprained my hand and fingers a couple months ago and two of them are still swollen and hurt sometimes, why?
See ORS: Sprains of the finger joints are common and can cause persistent swelling esp. For months after an injury. See an ors for evaluation and x-rays to make sure there is no old fracture, etc.Pip joint sprains can 'last' a long time but generally improve up to a year after injury . The joints , however, may always stay a bit bigger than normal. Good luck!

Need more info. : How long ago did this happen? Are you having pain? Can you grip things with that hand? Is the hand numb? If you’re having a lot of pain and are having trouble griping things, there maybe a bone broken in the hand, wrist or forearm. As such, getting some X-rays at a local urgent care center would be a good idea.

I injured hand, now when move pinkie finger, hand makes crunching sound, what's happening? Did i break it or just sprain it? It hurts a lot.
Finger injury: If you had a traumatic injury and it is making noise when you move it i would be worried about a fracture of your 5th metacarpal bone or finger.
I sprained my metacarpal finger about 3 weeks ago and it's still hurts and is bruised, now other metacarpals on the same hand hurt and r bruised.
You could have break: In one or more metacarpal check it and take x-ray to be sure.See 1 more doctor answer
Daughters wrist swollen for 2 wks 3 days Drs said its sprain then hand & fingers swelled 2 days ago. Is this still a sprain? There's popping too.
Trauma or not?: If your daughter is 14 or less and there has been trauma, then a fracture of the wrist is much more likely than a sprain. A follow-up x-ray can be helpful in seeing a fracture at times when the first x-ray is normal. In the absence of trauma, other diagnoses must be considered such as infection or an autoimmune condition.
Got hurt by a volleyball. Feeling like sprain in left hand fingers. I don't have a fracture though. What should I do?
A sprain can be mild: Moderate or severe. If there is laxity in the joint then at times surgery is needed. If the joint is stable often splinting in the proper position temporarliy to reduce swelling followed by buddy taping for protection and gentle return of mtion will help. Persistant swelling or stiffness should prompt a reevaluation but it can take time ( months) even for a simple minimal avulsion or sprain.See 2 more doctor answers

Rehabilitate: If you didn't properly rehabilitate the bone and joint then it's possible that you are left with long-standing pain. However if you start exercising the area again then it's quite likely that the pain will permanently disappear.See 1 more doctor answer

Could numbness and tingling at finger tips of pinky be due to a wrist sprain? Hand surgeon said i had no clinical findings for ulnar compression.
Hand numbness: Hand numbness and tingling can be cause by poor blood flow, nerve impingement in the neck or at the wrist, poor sleeping positions, or an unrecognized traumatic injury to the nerve. See a neurologist for an Electromyogram and a nerve conduction study to determine the cause of the numbness and tingling.
