Avoid nsaid's. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is the only thing you can take safely- all other pain relievers can increase risk of bleeding. Not good if in the head.

Generally speaking it is safe to travel with concussion, although the altitude change may give you a headache. Tylenol should help.
Be sure you have seen a doctor and they made sure this is "Post Concussion Syndrome" and not something more serious beforehand.

Varies: It can last a month to months. I would highly recommend seeing an acupuncturist/chinese medicine practitioner. I have had more rapid recovery in patients by adding these treatments. He may also have headaches for a couple months and mood swings from the injury.
