Pain: If you are having increased pain after having a cast placed for treatment of a suspected wrist scaphoid fracture, it may be that the case has a fold that's digging into your skin, or the cast may be pressing on a superficial nerve, or the cast may simply be too tight. 'Behave': Meaning, don't test the limits of the cast--likely the Dr put very low lift/carry limits on the injured side--comply.
