BP Concerns: The decongestant in Claritin (loratadine) D can be helpful for acute facial pain/pressure and congestion but has side effects which can be significant. If you have a history of blood pressure issues or other cardiac problems I would not recommend. Consider talking with Allergist about other possible treatment due to refractory disease. I currently take allergy shots every 2 weeks, flonase, and singular for allergies but still find need to take daily allergy meds otc. Any suggestions?

Bedding encasements, certified hepa vacuums, close windows, pets banned from bedroom, use non-dusty cat litter, never sweep, avoid all fabric softeners and scented products, check your vents and make sure all pertinent allergens are in your shots.
