Yes!: You can conceive as soon as the IUD is removed. However I usually recommend waiting about 3 months for the lining to grow back. You would be dated by ultrasound. The fetal size in the first trimester is quite accurate at predicting a due date. A pregnancy test would show positive if you conceived at least 2 weeks ago.
