HYDRATE: I suspect you are under hydrated. The colon's function is to pull excess fluid from the body waste. If you are under hydrated, your stool will become very firm. UTI? Stricture?: This could all be a nonspecific effect of methadone, or perhaps other drugs for which you are being treated with methadone. But the urinary symptoms also could be a urethral stricture, urinary tract infection (UTI), or both. Possibly STD (gonorrhea, chlamydia) but less likely.
