Its been five days sense I was ovulating, in these last five days I've been having light annoying cramps with my ovuries could I be starting to become pregnate?

Early pregnancy: Some of my patients have told me that they were able to detect pregnancy very early, and so your symptoms are suggestive. Your: Your pain could be something called mittelschmerz. This is one-sided lower abdominal pain that occurs close to the time the egg is released from an ovary (ovulation). On the other hand ovarian cysts can cause this type of pain as well. Lastly you could be noticing this pain more now that you are off the pill because while on the pill you do not ovulate.
Let me reassure you that this will likely have no affect on your fertility in the future, so try to relax and not worry.
If the pain persists or you are very concerned, visit your family doctor or gynecologist for an evaluation.
Best of luck. ...Read more

Take a test: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctors office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period. If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection. ...Read more
