A home pregnancy test is 97% accurate if taken a week or more after the missed period. I assume: You mean that after a positive pregnancy test, how long before "feeling pregnant"? That depends on hormone levels, number of previous pregnancies, number gestation (ie twins), etc. Call an OB to make an appt for an eval but meanwhile, to be safe, don't take any over the counter medications like ibuprofen.
