I and D: Yes, you need to go back for an evaluation and treatment asap. Most ER's have no dental specialist to treat you. You are better off seeing a dentist (probably an Endodontist or Periodontist depending upon the cause of the abscess). However, if you cannot get an appointment right away, go back to the ER.
