You likely pulled an abdominal muscle, and these, especially the obliques, can be very painful. Put ice on area first 2 days, then switch to heat if pain persists. You seem quite: anxious. Your brain is more likely to be stressed by fears your aorta will burst (unfounded fears), and the aorta should neither expand or constrict when you're healthy. More likely cyst: It is more likely to be a cyst, but there are other important considerations: appendicitis, ectopic pregnancy, hernia, diverticulitis. Much less likely is ovarian cancer unless you have a strong family history of breast and/or ovarian cancer. An ultrasound would be helpful if your symptoms persist or get worse. ...Read more
