How Effective Is Banatan Cream
Not bad: The active ingredient in Nadinola Cream is Hydroquinone, a product used by physicians to lighten skin. Nadinola has a 3% concentration, the bleaching cream that I carry has 4%. Nadinola also has a sunscreen, which is important when using HQ. You don't want to use it for more than 6 weeks at a time. I usually recommend doing a 6wk course twice/year. Between you can use something like Lytera. ...Read more
Yes: This question is very vague, but there are now many topical medications that are applied to the skin, get absorbed into the area, and work well without hardly any of the medicine being absorbed systemically. If you are just looking for a moisturizer, use ones that are water based for a non-sticky feeling. ...Read more

After cleansing I use dr haushuka toner, then a serum. Can I use roc tetinol cream on top of serum? Still effective? Thanks
To be honest: The retinol based cream is probably the most effective "antiaging" topical skin product that you are using. As there is clear evidence the retinoic acid and the precursors to it like retinol are effective for wrinkles; retinol being less potent but more "tolerable". Realize that the toner/serum may blunt the "effectiveness" of the retinol. ...Read more
Creams: Topical antiacne treatment can be very effective. While we often have to add an oral antibiotic, like one of the tetracycline derivatives, this cannot be used in pregnancy or if there is an allergy to the medicine. I am not personally familiar with this cream, but it does not sound like the prescription creams which are authorized by the fda for use in acne. See a dermatologist! ...Read more
Children do better: Than adults. 70 -80% respond to steroid creams, if applied correctly. This means pulling back on the foreskin and appling cream to all the skin preventing retraction, or are of narrowing causing a "waist" if the tight foreskin can be pulled over the glans. Apply twice daily for 3 months. Remember always to pull tight foreskin back over glans to avoid paraphimosis. Unfortunately 50% re-phimose. ...Read more

It depends: I'm not aware of any controlled trials etc looking at topical cannabis creams for musculo-skeletal pain which as you might realize encompasses many different conditions. I have authorized medical cannabis for over 10 years. I would predict it generally has about a 1 in 3 chance of being effective. When oral cannabis helps the creams seem to work I would estimate in over 50% of the cases. ...Read more
