How Does Starch Function In Living Things
Just wondering, why I have no energy. I eat healthy, I am on a no starch diet, by dr orders, but i can rarely "function" my energy lvl is gone!
I have a problem with eating starchy things first i had an addiction with baby powder then rice now corn starch what could be wrong?

New junk: This diet is just the latest in thousands of pseudo-scientific diets that aren't scientifically valid, but are designed to sell books, supplements, etc. And get someone on tv to scare a lot of people who don't know better.
