How Does Starch Function In Living Things
Just wondering, why I have no energy. I eat healthy, I am on a no starch diet, by dr orders, but i can rarely "function" my energy lvl is gone!
I have a problem with eating starchy things first i had an addiction with baby powder then rice now corn starch what could be wrong?

What are your thoughts on the perfect health diet? It seems to strike a balance like no other imo, between animal and plant foods, allowable starches etc. Even some dairy if tolerated. Your input?
New junk: This diet is just the latest in thousands of pseudo-scientific diets that aren't scientifically valid, but are designed to sell books, supplements, etc. And get someone on tv to scare a lot of people who don't know better. Starch vs Sugar: lot of debate concerning this on the Internet.Neither are "bad", both are eventually broken down in our body to small chain sugars which fuel the body.
