Parvovirus will usually resolve without sequela with supportive care. As for allergies to antibiotics, this can be tested for and determine if true or not. Tick bite: If it was a tick you could easily see - unlikely it was a deer tick. If you have not had any other symptoms likely a benign tick bite. and nothing to worry about.
