Unclear: It is unclear exactly what is going on here in this question. My assumption is that you are taking Letrozole in order to assist with ovulation. I would clarify the plan with the prescribing physician who knows you best. If you did not ovulate then there is no “cycle” so Letrozole could be restarted. ...Read more

Wouldn't do it: Be careful, this is a prescription drug for a reason. It's used for treatment of some breast cancers, and used 'off-label' for ovulation induction.
