This is serious: What you describe is a serious symptom. Basically you are describing auditory hallucinations with some paranoid characteristics. This needs urgent evaluation first by her primary care physician to make sure things are ok neurologically, and then likely referral to psychiatry for further evaluation. Reflux: Thicken her foods, never over feed, offer small more frequent feeds, do not feed her lying down. Have her eat more solids. It generally improves once babies have the ability to sit alone.
