Yes: You can take ibuprofen and flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) together. If the pain is from swelling in a joint the flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) won't really help you much (it is a muscle relaxer). It does make you drowsy so if you can't sleep it might be useful.
