How Does Fast Food Affect The Organ Systems
I have had just fast food essentially for quite a while. 2 years and I am starting to get healthy but should I do anything to cleanse organs or colon?

Rest assured that it: could be quite normal. Have it checked a few times by your Doctor and see what the readings are. Your Doc should then investigate to see if there is any cause for your high BP and if so, then that cause would need treatment first. Anxiety can result in high BP readings.
