How Does Coca Cola Cause Abortion
I drink 2 litres of coca cola over a span of two, almost every two days for the past year, Can this cause diabetes or other health problems? Thanks
YESSSSS!: Sugar sweetened beverages like Coke are the least healthy food you can eat or drink and MANY studies show that they increase your risk of obesity, type 2 diabetes, and fatty liver. So before you develop major health problems, get off the soda and quench your thirst with water. Low fat milk is also healthy but juice should be limited. ...Read more

Is drinking 0.5l Coca-cola ZERO per day unhealthy / dangerous in long term (lifetime) perspective?
In my opinion Coke Zero is poison and very unhealthy. I strongly advise NEVER drinking it if you want to have good health. It has both aspartame and acesulfame potassium, both of which are hazardous.
Diet soda consumption appears to cause obesity and significant increased risk of diabetes, heart attack and stroke. See

Taper off caffeine: And sugar. You can either taper caffeinated beverages themselves or switch to a caffeine pill and do it that way. If you want to taper the beverage, switch to a sugar-free variety to start, and cut back by one drink every 2-3 days. For most people, this is a 2-week process. If you are going too fast, you may get headaches. Pills have 25-50 mg, and 1-2=one drink. End up drinking just water, not soda. ...Read more
