Lots of choices.: While you may be tempted to focus on a high protein diet, the well balanced diet of vegetables (dark green,) colorful fruits and vegetables (yellow, red and purple) and protein (nuts and legumes) are all great for the work out lifestyle. Eat more carbs: If you are a vegetarian, and you can't gain weight, you can try eating more carbs. Breads, pastas, polenta, rice, etc, will help you gain weight. I'm not sure that the coma a year ago plays into your weight situation but if you had a head injury, you need to have someone help you heal it so that you can feel as good as possible. ...Read more

See an OB/GYN: It is highly doubtful that this has anything to do with your dietary preferences. Too wet is a subjective evaluation. Most often women complain of inadequate lubrication.
