Palpable > 12 weeks: Abdominally you can just feel the top of the uterus above the pubic bone @ 12 weeks gestational age. Your belly button is usually the 20 week or halfway mark & the midpoint between these two would be 16 weeks. After 20 weeks you can measure with a tape measure from pubic bone to the top of the uterus. Weeks = cm so @ 32 weeks, you should tape out to 32 cms. I hope that helps. ...Read more
