How Do You Masterbate With A Tight Foreskin
Tight foreskin. Cant masturbate in a normal way. I rub my penis over my underware to cum. Can I have a regular sex life in future. Circumcision expensive?
Need an evaluation: Your problem should be evaluated by a urologist. It is likely that you can be treated with measures other than a full circumcision & have an acceptable result. Don't try to force anything as the tight foreskin could slip down & trap the tip cutting off its blood supply. ...Read more
I have a tight foreskin, there is a white bump on foreskin size of a coin, not sore. I masterbate and can also feel veins? Penis blue
Not sure: This is tough. A non painful white bump without tenderness and a purple, non paiful penis. Infection, if u are not having sex is low probabily. Could it be trauma with a blister from overuse? I guess it depends on what ur looking at. If its really purple and a big white coin sized bump is looking back at you, it can't be good. If not from personal overuse, I would go in and get checked out. ...Read more
No it's phimosis: Paraphimosis is when a tight scarred foreskin (phimosis) has been pulled back or retracted over the head of the penis (glans) and is so tight that it can not be reduced or returned to its natural position covering the glans. This causes more pressure and swelling of the glans, making paraphimosis dangerous. Phimosis is inconvenient, paraphimosis is an emergency. You have phimosis. ...Read more
Might help: Betamethosone, active ingredient in diprosone, (betamethasone dipropionate) is fairly effective at relieving phimosis (tight foreskin) in prepubertal boys, less so in adults. Thus worth trying in boys, applied to the tight area twice daily for about 3 months. Tightness may well return after you discontinue. Of course alternative is circumcision or dorsal slit prepucioplasty (foreskin preserving surgical release of phimosis.. ...Read more
Steroids: You can sometimes treat phimosis with a steroid cream applied tot he foreskin. I use Betamethasone for my patients with phimosis that do not want a circumcision. The other option is surgery. However, I recommend you get checked bya urologist. There is one condition which causes phimosis which can be dangerous. It is called balanitis xerotica obliterans (bxo) and that requires surgical treatment. ...Read more
Steroid cream: I prescribe triamcinilone 0.05% steroid cream, also known as betamethasone, to be applied to the distal foreskin 2 times a day for six weeks. This combined with gentle stretching of the foreskin should help thin the skin enough to allow easier retraction of the foreskin. A circumcision may become necessary if there has been chronic infection that has caused scarring of the foreskin. ...Read more
Hi. I always had tight foreskin, I have never been able to retract it when fully erect. Stretching doesn't help. Should I get circumcised?
Is it possible to stretch a foreskin? I have a tight foreskin. I have heard people say they have successfully stretched it using devices and methods
Circumcision or?: Circumcision takes care of the problem once and for all. Some men want to retain the foreskin and want to have a prepucioplasty, this involves a vertical incision through the tight area on top of penis which is then sutured transversely, the foreskin then remodels as time goes by. Other treatment, which works better before puberty & only works for some males is repeated application of steroid cream. ...Read more
Difficult to retract: Phimosis, or tight foreskin, means that your glans penis (head) is wider than the foreskin opening. This makes it difficult or even impossible to retract. Can cause pain or discomfort with erection and sex. Difficulty to remove penile smegma & can result in a bad penile odor or balanitis (inflammation of foreskin and/or glans. ...Read more
Possibly: Circumcision certainly required if foreskin is very tight with scarring around foreskin opening or tightness does not respond to twice daily application of prescription strength steroid cream for 6 - 12 weeks. Foreskin must be loose enough to permit easy retraction for necessary hygiene. ...Read more
Phimosis: See a urologist...Pulling can rip and cause infection. ...Read more
Correct.: This young man has severe phimosis. Because he has been unable to fully retract his foreskin, he is likely unable to routinely clean within the fold of skin next to the head of the penis. This can lead to skin irritation and pain in the short run, and significant issues in the long run. He should be evaluated by a urologist. ...Read more
