How Do You Know If You Re Suffering From Depression
Five years ago, I was suffering from depression, and took Paroxetine for about half a year, then recovery.
A month ago, it seem to relapse, but is not serious. I have take Lumiday for two weeks, it is useful for me. Now I have a question.

Daily? No proof: Lumiday is a dietary supplement marketed in States for natural mood enhancement. However, unlike prescription & OTC medications, there is no requirement to prove safety & effectiveness prior to selling product. So your guess is as good as mine. How do I know if i'm suffering from depression? I feel sad, anxious, and lonely. Can't sleep well, it takes me forever to fall asleep and i wake up in the middle of my sleep. I cry for no reason and feel like no one understands.
