Several things: I would start with 10% benxoyl peroxide wash daily for the acne. Then for the " dark spots" ( we call this hyperpigmentation) we use 4% hydroquinone bleaching creme to lighten up these areas. This is a first step. We can prescribe these meds through a prime visit.
