How do you get over the hump of a plateau when on a diet?

How do you get over the hump of a plateau when on a diet?

Okay so i get a lot of yeast infections what can i get over the counter for it ?.. any diet you could recommend?

"Azole" treatment: Diet won't help. If vaginal yeast has been professionally diagnosed and new sympotms are typical, use one of the many over-the-counter vaginal yeast treatments. Look for active ingredient ending in "azole" (miconazole, teraconazole, & others). Or talk with your doc about taking fluconazole (Diflucan®) by mouth once a week to prevent it. Also discuss possible underlying causes, especially diabetes. ...Read more

What kind of diet maybe helpful for bad liver, they told me to get on a diet, what foods should I avoid?

What's your problem?: I suspect you may have fatty liver but if not, sorry, my bad! if fatty liver is the case, the best diet would be one that is poor in fat, especially saturated one and rich in fiber that catches and eliminates it from the intestines. I give my patients a good rule - anything that is white or made out of white is full of fat or can easily be converted into it - eggs, milk (whole), flour, sugar, rice. ...Read more

My daughter is 5 yrs old and weighs 60lbs i am so scared i dont know how to get het or where to even start her on a diet and could really use your?

Start easy-: FIrst is to change what she drinks. NEVER any sugary drinks. That includes soda, Kool-Aid, fruit juice, juice boxes. NONE, ZERO. She can only drink water or skim milk. It's ok to use flavored water or the flavor enhancers to try and encourage her to drink water. Second thing for now is no seconds at meals. Prepare a plate of food, bring it to table (no eating in front of TV, etc), and that's it. ...Read more

I'm on a diet doing well on it. At night though sometimes i get really hungry. Is it okay to have a snack or should I just wait til the morning.

Tough, isn't it?: Try to distract yourself by drinking some herbal tea or ice water. Get up and take a walk. Try to delay your snacking by distracting yourself. If you must have something, make it a healthy selection - and try to avoid your 'trigger foods' that will lead you into trouble! ...Read more

Snack on almonds: A recent study showed that those on a weight-loss diet who included 3 ounces of almonds a day lost 62% more weight! some ate raw ; some had roasted; both helped, so whatever you prefer is ok, but the best way to benefit from almonds is to soak before eating- then you can have them raw or roast them. ?SensitiveNot normal: This may be a sign of gluten sensitivity (or a least wheat sensitivity). When one is sensitive to a food ; eats it regularly they are less likely to notice a reaction; after avoiding the food the reaction is more obvious.
