How do I get rid of plantar warts on feet?

Several treatments.: You can try over the counter wart removers, but be careful: I've seen them do more harm than good. Other options your doctor might offer include cryotherapy (freezing the wart), electrocautery (burning the wart), laser treatment, or several different topical chemical treatments. If the treatment is typically uncomfortable, your doctor can numb the area before proceeding.

I had this thing on my foot above the heel for several weeks. Found out it was a Plantar Wart. How do I get rid of it??

Local destruction.: Turns out are hard to get rid of. Your doctor can freeze, burn, inject or even use a laser. Ultimately it takes a good immune reaction to the freezing or other treatment used by the doctor. We damage the tissue by freezing and your imune system then attacks the wart. See your doctor. The over the counter treatments don't work well for plantar warts. The skin on the foot is very thick.

How can I make my feet healthier? I have a plantar wart?

How can I make my feet healthier? I have a plantar wart?

Lots of ways: Get it treated! You can use the liquid nitrogen, liquid nitrous oxide (this is what I like to use), topical acids, dermal scraping. You can also try oral Cimetidine (400 mg three times a day for 12-16 weeks). This is very safe and had the side effect of getting rid of warts for many people of adult size and weight (japma november 1, 1995 vol. 85 no. 11 717-718).
