How Do You Diagnose Ovarian Cysts
Ultrasound: Ovarian cysts are best evaluated by transvaginal ultrasound. If you are young and have periods, most cysts are ok, though they may grow large and rupture and cause pain. I have been diagnosed with a complex multiseptated ovarian cyst roughly 9.5 x 5.6 x 6.3cm , will it need to be removed ?

They frequently have to be surgically removed. The good news is that ovarian cancer is not common at age 23 and you have two ovaries so you should still be able to get pregnant if the other ovary is normal. Best wishes! ...Read more
