The reason that it hurts when you walk a lot is that the long toe is grabbing to the ground and thereby causing the pain. Stinking feet are primarily caused by excessive sweating and not cleaning and drying them well. The excessive moisture has lead to inter digital maceration with a secondary fungal infection.
