I thought I had contracted pinworms, but I can see and feel them moving beneath my skin all throughout my body. What could it be?

My anus is itching and I pulled out 3-4 white thin hair like thing. (thinner than a pinworm) my stomach also has antsy feeling. Yeast? No skin rash.
Worm in anus: If you do video consult you can show us the worm or google GI worms and look at images to see if you can match it up. I am not certain what antsy means in Hungary. Not likely yeast.
