Get answers: Your description does not definitely rule in or out possibility that lesions are of MS origin. They may well be due to other problems, such as migraine, head injury, smoking, hypertension. Anxiety is NOT a cardinal sign of MS. CBT or Bupsirone: If you have gad, then Buspirone or cbt would be helpful, possibly both. You could also try natural supplements like l-theanine, kava kava, exercise, yoga, acupuncture, or passionaflower. Aroma therapy may be helpful. Can u have a panic attack when u r relaxed with no anxious thoughts and no trigger? I have no stress/anxiety. Symptoms are = to panic, though.

Panic attacks: By definition, panic attacks come out of the blue -- they do not have predictable triggers. And you would be the first person I have met in over 30 years of medical practice who has absolutely "no stress/anxiety."
