Dry working place: By crew do you mean aircraft? If so, these are very dry atmospheres. You should apply a syrupy drop like Systane or Refresh prior to entering the work place. You can use ointment at night for sleep. Some get a little extra relief from daily ingestion of 2 tablespoons of Flax Seed oil. Do not use drops that say "gets the red out" as these are drying. This: This could be a fit issue where debris is being trapped. It could also be the gpc as previously mentioned. I also see similar issues with severe lid inflammation and contact lens use - make sure you are cleaning your eyelids very well each day. OK but won't help.: All of those things (or at least the weight lifting) will be good for your general health. Unfortunately, increasing testosterone won't affect hair loss, which has to do with the hormone receptors in the hair shafts themselves.
