You have to work har: This is quite common. But you have to increase your efforts both at further reducing food intake(this is much more effective than exercise) and more exercise. Pants size, not wt. : U basically need to burn more calories than you take in. Increase your exercise, choose healthier, less-caloric foods and drinks. A lot of hidden calories in juices and alcohol.
