Pants size, not wt. : U basically need to burn more calories than you take in. Increase your exercise, choose healthier, less-caloric foods and drinks. A lot of hidden calories in juices and alcohol. You have to work har: This is quite common. But you have to increase your efforts both at further reducing food intake(this is much more effective than exercise) and more exercise. If you keep cutting out the caloric rich foods and replace them with veggies, fruits and grains you will have a better chance to lose more weight.
