How Do I Know My Ovulation Period
I havenot ovulated in over a year, also no period. My doctor knows. Now I am starting to bleed andhave really bad cramps should I be concerned?

Ovulation: Your period comes 14 days after ovulation. 28-30 day cycles are normal. If you count the first day of your period as day#1, then your ovulation is occurring on Days#14-16 approximately.
