Are you exercising a: and using good good sleep hygiene to fall asleep which means going to bed at the same time each night. Closing phone/computer 1 hr b4 bed and allowing yourself to stretch relax and prepare yourself for sleep. Spend time with family. Reading or doing a quiet activity.
