Help skin stay moist: Avoid hot showers and baths. Water should be tepid (on the cool side of warm). Avoid harsh soaps and use a moisturizing body bar like dove or caress. Avoid using loophas or harsh sponges. Blot dry with towel instead of rubbing dry. Within a couple of minutes, liberally apply a good emollient moisturizer. Re-apply as needed.
