Benzoyl Peroxide: I would start with an over the counter benzoyl peroxide wash like panoxyl. Be aware that benzoyl peroxide can be irritating to the skin and it can bleach dark clothing. You need to rinse it off very well in the shower. This would be a good start. You can also try otc salicylic acid products.
