Sometimes it is called baby fat, but whatever it is called in order to get rid of it you will have to do some aerobic and stretching exercises, along with isotonics to "tone" your rectus abdominis and latissimus dorsi. I : I think that you can accomplish this with a good diet - eating less. Breastfeeding as long as you can. Getting on a exercise program with a good trainer, and getting proper sleep will work best.
