Limit portions: Be aware of how much you're eating. Use your hands: at each meal eat 2 handfuls of grains, 2 handfuls of fruit and vegetables and 1 palm-size protein serving. Eat healthy snacks. Eat healthy starting now for the rest of your life and as an example for your child. Going on a diet won't help in the long run. Use your baby to help you exercise. Go for a walk with your baby in a carrier or stroller. ...Read more

You can't: Specifically get rid of lower abdominal fat by spot reducing. If you lose weight a portion of that weight loss will reduce abdominal fat. Additionally, core toning exercises will help you stand more erect & improve your appearance. To lose weight keep up your physical activity & ensure that calories burned exceed calories consumed. No matter what ads promise – you can't spot reduce without surgery. ...Read more

Just be sensible.: The real key to weight loss is to just watch the size of your portions at meals, eat healthy, and exercise regularly. There's no radical diet or exercise plan or pill that will magically give you meaningful and sustained weight loss. The ol' fashioned way is still be best way to lose weight for the long term. ...Read more
