See below: "unconscious and exhaling only" sounds like agonal breathing so he was not dead yet but very close to it. Both massive stroke and massive heart attack may result in severe damage to the brain because of lack of oxygen. Even if resuscitated, these patients usually don't wake up and die eventually of multiple complications. Sorry! ...Read more
