If the node doubles in size, more nodes become large, there is pain or redness, you get fever or lose weight, it would be prudent to seek care at the earliest. Go see an ENT doctor: It could be just repeated viral infections(colds) but you need to be sure that you do not have strept throat. A visit to your ENT doctor can help. If you want to try controlling it on your own, i wiould sugges that you try taking vitamin c, 500mg daily and give it a 6 month trial(it is pretty cheap vitamin).
