Probably: Most likely a sprain; however, a "stress fracture" can be a source of pain and not show on an initial x-ray--take it easy, heat, hard soled shoe, antiinflamatory meds and if persists or gets worse over next 2weeks, see your physician and get new X-rays ...Read more
