Hyperpigmented area on side that is very hard to make out unless you stand in the light.Only ever so slightly darker than skin. Is this a cafe au lait?
Possibly: Cafe-au-lait spots are very common. A single one has no relevance, but more than three greater in size than a centimeter are suggestive of neurofibromatosis type 1, although need more info.
