Go see your doctor: 1st go see your family doctor for a complete evaluation. Tell her/him what's going on, where you hurt, when it started, what makes it worse/better, what you've tried etc. Depending upon your answers, s/he may have several options available to you. I have a severe antisocial personality. Ive been mute, shy and too frozen to even move my leg for PE lessons from kindergarten till grad. I even at times feel shy from my mom. I dunno how to speak nor act. But i find clever ways to get around. Idea ?

Grief is usually 2 months in duration and feelings of not deserving to eat, a burden on the therapist, thoughts about being bad are more consistant with depression or grief. Make appointment: Maybe consider making an appointment with a good family therapist or social worker for you and your sister to see for some assistance in sorting things out.
