Talk to hematologist: Looks like your platelet count is dropping progressively and thus the chance to get a severe hemorrhage is high at this rate. Maybe: Esophageal bleeding could theoretically come out the mouth or the nose, which could look like a nose bleed. Depending on the cause of the esophageal bleeding (ie a bleeding disorder?), that could predispose you to nose bleeds. Your symptoms sound somwhat like a concussion, but the duration is very concerning and you need a full neurological evaluation. If you are having this severe of symptoms then you should not be participating in any type of sports until you are cleared. In addition, you should see your ENT doctor again to re-evaluate your persistent injury. But seeing the neurologist is most important at this time. See your Dr.: Any positive benefit of taking a baby Aspirin daily would be outweighed by the bleeding that you have. Check with your doctor to make sure that there isn't something else that could be contributing to the nasal bleeding.
